Shelley Cottages neighborhood is comprised of less than twenty homes, focused around two separate common green spaces, shared among the residents. The Overlook

The Overlook is vacant land that is a portion of a larger church complex directly adjacent to the pocket neighborhood. The intent is to serve the existing and future patrons of the community church, by creating a walkable and vibrant space for community connection and fellowship. Each home is designed with either a one or two car detached garage, along with overflow parking spaces dedicated to each home site. Shade trees and community gathering spaces are scattered among the shared common spaces between the homes.
