Coordinate with planning departments and municipal staff to obtain preliminary feedback
Engage and manage a land use attorney, as needed
Manage the full rezoning process, including all meetings and presentations
Communicate with neighborhood leaders and adjacent property owners to ensure clear and consistent messaging
Maintain a detailed schedule and provide ongoing updates throughout the entitlement process
Oversee all required local and state permitting for site development
Lead the acquisition of any necessary offsite easements
